King Princess Biography (Introduction): Mikaela Mulaney Strauss was born on December 19, 1998, in Brooklyn, New York. She is an American singer, songwriter, and musician, popularly known as King Princess. She is signed with Zelig Records, a part of Columbia Records, owned by Mark Ronson. Her first EP songs, “1950” and “Made My Bed” were released in February and later in 2018.

“1950” became very popular and received a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Her second song, “Talia” was given a gold certification by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA). In 2019, she released her debut album, Cheap Queen, which received positive reviews.

One of her ancestors, Isidor Strauss, was a U.S. Congressman and co-owner of Macy’s.

King Princess Personal Life

King Princess considers herself genderqueer and lesbian. In 2018, she dated actress Amandla Stenberg. Later, she was in a relationship with Lizzo’s creative director Quinn Whitney Wilson from early 2019 to late 2023.
